Finding Yourself as a Scientist

#LINO24 Alumnus Kamal Rudra works at IBM Research on scaling interconnects for next-generation transistor technologies. He has been passionate about science since childhood, but it was an internship that drew him into his field of research. As he has been inspired by various role models, he seeks to motivate other young scientists to take agency of their own career and get involved with research projects beyond merely assisting others.
